WARRANTY - All Products sold are sold "AS IS" and without any warranties of any kind whether expressed or implied. Night Knight Games does not warranty any product defects produced outside our business, we recommend you contact the respected producer of said product for any missing/damaged/defect for their consideration. 

LIMITATION of LIABILITY - Night Knight Games is not liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use or, or the in ability to use the products or services provided by Night Knight Games, even if Night Knight Games has been advised of the possibilities of such damage.  

Pricing ERRORS - In the event that a product or service is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Night Knight Games reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Night Knight Games  reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order regardless if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card/payment method has been charged. Night Knight Games  shall issue a credit back to the payment method used in the amount  of the incorrect amount paid. 

TERMINATION - These Terms and conditions are applied and applicable upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registering or shopping process. These Terms and Considerations maybe terminated by Night Knight Games without notice at anytime for any reason. The provisions relating to COPYRIGHTS, TRADEMARKS, Disclaimer, Limitations of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous, shall survive termination.

NOTICE - Night Knight Games may deliver notice to you by means of an e-mail, a general notice on site, or by any other reliable means to the address you have provided to Night Knight Games.
