We  reserve the right to sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside  parties our email subscriber lists. We may also release your information  when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce  our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or  safety.

Can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to Night Knight Games?
Absolutely.  To modify your email subscriptions, open the most recent email you've  received from us and look for the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the  email. Please note that due to automated email production schedules,  you may receive emails already in scheduled to be sent. If this issue  persists, and for all other requests to delete personal information,  please send us a message via the site and someone will be happy to assist you.
